BRAND AUGMENTATION
Prior to opening Studio Simon, founder Dan Simon was the first in-house designer for a professional sports team, as Director of Creative Services for the Los Angeles Dodgers. In his five seasons at Chavez Ravine, he satisfied the creative needs of departments throughout the organization, from merchandising to marketing, advertising to communications, ticketing to community relations.
The projects were many and varied, including core staples like t-shirts and collectibles, sleeve patches and ticket stock, promo giveaways and publication cover artwork, as well as environmental graphics in and around the stadium, including Major League Baseball’s first-ever foul pole-to-foul pole outfield wall murals, celebrating the World Series championships, noteworthy players and historic moments of one of the most storied franchises in all of sports.
